Tuto.ai is a language learning platform centred around learners and their preferences.
We do not provide new, different, cool learning materials.
We aggregate already existing apps and resources together and help learners understand when and
what they should be learning next through data-driven insights and personal human coaching.
Our mission is to provide every language learner with a personal path to fluency.
Our story
Tuto.ai’s journey starts from the personal experience and insights of Alessio Tixi, polyglot and founder, who has gathered over almost 40 years of language learning and tutoring activities.
In October 2018, Alessio took part in a Polyglot Conference in Ljubljana and realized how valuable the methodologies and experiences developed by top language learners could be used to help language learners.
In March 2020, when the Covid lockdown began, Alessio started testing and refining the idea further until the company officially got registered in November, the same year.
Tuto.ai has already helped learners across all continents, learning 49 different languages and counting.

Our team
We are four experienced industry leaders and polyglots who came together joined by our passion to solve the issue of direction in language learning.
Our extended team includes 10 people distributed across all Europe and we work completely remotely.

Our principles
Learning a language is a creative endeavour: nobody can teach you a language, you have to learn it yourself. There are no rules when it comes to learning, but there are preferences and options, many options. Understanding them is key to finding your path.
We are all lifelong learners: being an active member of the language learning community and sharing our knowledge is beneficial for us and for others.
